My journey started in 2012 as a coach, driven by one goal: to be the leader I wish I had. That path led to a doctorate in Human Resources, where my focus was on using knowledge to empower people — not gatekeep it. I believe expertise should be shared, and I carry that into every partnership.
At my core, I’m an educator. Coaching was about growth, development, and clarity — principles that still guide everything I do today.
I don’t call myself a consultant because what I offer isn’t just advice. There are no recycled templates, no quick fixes — just real support, built around your goals, delivered with integrity and a commitment to long-term success.
